Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market share in Odoo ERP solutions and mobile app development. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, a proven track record in software solutions sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Odoo ERP and mobile app solutions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle and sales team, ensuring consistent performance.
- Master demos of Odoo software
- Achieve the monthly sales objectives and targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Oversee quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software and IT sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS solutions. With 2+ years in a leadership sales position
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP or similar software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
