Key Responsibilities

• Lead Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and user training.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into efficient Odoo workflows.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to clients.
• Provide pre-sales support as giving demos and writing scopes proposals
• Work closely with developers to design and deploy customized solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Ability to analyze business processes and optimize workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Technical Consultant to lead custom development, system integrations, and performance optimizations. This role involves working closely with functional consultants and clients to develop tailored Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Lead: Design, develop, and deploy custom, scalable Odoo ERP solutions (v15-v18) from concept to production.

• Code Mastery: Write clean, efficient code using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and the OWL/QWeb frameworks.

• Integration Specialist: Build robust API connectors to integrate Odoo with external systems (e.g., payment gateways, HRMS, BI tools).

• Process Automation: Translate complex business workflows into optimized Odoo automations, ensuring seamless client operations.

• Quality & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, optimize system performance, and mentor junior team members.

• Reporting: Work closely with the Business Solutions Director and functional consultants in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in full-cycle Odoo development and implementation (v15+) and Odoo API integrations and module customization.

• Technical Stack: Expert command of the Odoo ORM, module inheritance, PostgreSQL, and Git/CI/CD practices.

• GCC Readiness: Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements (e.g., ZATCA e-invoicing is a significant plus).

• Soft Skills: Proven ability in project leadership, client communication, and complex problem-solving.

• Language: Native Professional English is essential.

• Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
