Business Development Manager

 We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market share in Odoo ERP solutions and mobile app development. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, a proven track record in software solutions sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Odoo ERP and mobile app solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Oversee quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS solutions
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP or similar software solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
